This series was born from my own journey of reprocessing
neuroplastic pain and unraveling a nervous system long
tangled in fear. When I could barely leave my home, I turned
to what still brought me joy—art. I drew angels, fairies,
and
symbols of the self I longed to reclaim.
These illustrations became
my lifeline, my medicine, my way
back to me. What began as a personal practice blossomed into
a
collection of vibrant artwork woven with mindful guidance,
somatic exercises, and gentle invitations to reconnect with
your
inner world.
Each page is crafted to soothe, regulate, and remind your
nervous
system that peace is possible and you can return back
to calm, clarity, and restored well-being.

Mindfulness is the

awareness rather than judgment. As you
